Grenfell fielded sides in last year's competition with Caleb Haddin taking out the competition's scholarship and the Grenfell Stage 1 side making the grand final.
A number of Grenfell juniors also represented Cowra in Lachlan Council competitions throughout the season.
The annual general meeting for the competition's committee will be at the Cowra Services Club at 7pm on August 24.
Junior cricket is looking for at least 10 parents to fill the roles of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and a general committee of six which organises the season.
The committee meets throughout the season to deal with any issues that come up and expenses that need to be paid.
"Generally about four or five people hold all of those positions," current president Ross Graham said.
"It's a matter of sharing the load a little, not everyone has to attend every meeting, if you have a concern than absolutely, or you have an issue, there are always work commitments that prevent everyone from turning up," Mr Graham said.
The committee tries to meet once a month during the season but no meetings are held in school holidays or in December and January.
The season wraps up for the committee in April before a three to four month break.
