The Rotary Club of Grenfell wanted to find a way to acknowledge the challenges faced by the business community and how the business community responded to those challenges.
The club felt the best was to present each business with a Certificate of Appreciation not only for the creative opportunity to remain in business but for some to grow and develop that business.
The health of the community is paramount and both Main Street Medical Services and Grenfell Medical Centre have adapted their services to ensure their patients continued to receive the medical care they needed.

One of the opportunities which came out of COVID-19 was Telehealth.
The Grenfell community has always struggled to find specialists who bulk bill and able to provide face to face in Grenfell and surrounds.
Thanks to COVID, specialist services are able to be accessed quickly and easily.
Patients do not have to travel, nor do they have to pay out of pocket fees for those services as they are bulk billed.
This has been a dream of Dr Akhiwu (known as Dr Patrick) and thanks to Telehealth, access to mental health services are available as well as a range of other specialities.
Life will eventually return to some sense of normality and Grenfell has seen an increasing number of travellers which help to boost the economy.
This has been good for business and Rotary is proud to be associated with the business community.
Rotary relies on the business community for its fundraising efforts.
In the latest Club 200 it was the generosity of Delta Agribusiness, the Albion Hotel and The Tin Cupboard which enabled a successful fund raiser.
Liz Carroll won first prize, Myrl Hunter second prize and Gail Smith third prize.
Grenfell Rotarian Ron McLelland said the support from the members of the public who have been buying boxes in these fundraising draws has been tremendous.
