Clean Up is calling on Weddin residents to step up and register their support of Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday, March 1.

"This year, we want Australians to Step Up and think about the positive changes they can make for the environment every day, whether that's using reusable coffee cups, refusing excess packaging or learning more about recycling correctly - each small change will go towards environmental change," Clean Up Australia Chairman, Pip Kiernan said.

Funds raised go towards vital educational resources and clean up materials provided free of charge to community, school and youth groups across the nation, throughout the year, educating the next generation on the importance of Clean Up.
