About 8:40am on Saturday July 6 the man attended a retail store in Grenfell, allegedly in breach of a banning notice.
A staff member saw the man in the store and spoke to him.
According to police the man became abusive towards store staff before he left the store.
Police said they attended the home of the man on Sunday July 7 and spoke to him in regards to the alleged incident.
The man was issued an infringement notice by officers for the offence of 'enter inclosed land without lawful excuse.'
According to police this infringement carries an on the spot penalty of $350.
