Work involves removing and replacing the road surface to provide a smoother road and improve safety for all road users.
Work will be carried out until Friday, January 18 between 7am and 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, weather permitting.
For the safety of workers and motorists, lane closures and reduced speed limits of 40 km/h and 60 km/h will be in place during work hours, which may affect travel times.
Cowra Council is carrying out the work on behalf of Roads and Maritime Services.
Motorists are advised to plan their trip, allow extra travel time and follow the direction of all signs.
