Classes with local trainer Kim Broomby, commenced on Monday, October 8.
A free class and dinner will also be held on October 28 along with a health related workshop.
Ms Broomby is also running free classes at Wirrinya and Caragabal on Monday evenings for the month of October as part of the program.
“This program is designed to provide some light relief for farmers and community members affected by the ongoing drought in a fun and interactive way,” trainer Kim Broomby said.
Classes are being held each Monday at 6am and Friday at 9am at the Cola Centre .
All farmers and community members are welcome, including children.
“The program will be an opportunity for local farmers and community members to gather with family and friends for lots fun, fitness and food to Spring into Spring with their local trainer,” said Active Farmers’ Founder and CEO, Ginny Stevens.
“I’m happy that we can contribute in a small way by offering an assortment of free community activities during this challenging time of drought.”
