Well done to Joy, Kathy and Pat in the District Triples in a hard fought match against Harden and Boorowa Ex-services. They lost by one shot on an extra end. Sound familiar?

Pennant practice continues again this Thursday  with the support of some husbands, and don’t forget social bowls on Saturdays with names to be phoned in by 10.30am for an 11am start. We know there is a decline in various sporting codes these days, it can be difficult with both parents working and junior sports taking up weekends, however, bowls is a low impact sport involving walking and bending. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. So come along young, old, and the not-so-young or old and try to help us keep a long time sport in Grenfell going.

To the Young club we extend our sympathy on the passing of well known member June Brown.

A reminder that there will be a meeting after pennant practice this Thursday.
