The Grenfell Rugby Union Club hosted its 2017 presentation of awards evening last Friday, October 13 where players from throughout the season were acknowledged for their individual efforts.

Best and fairest player was awarded to Henry Mitton, Players player was awarded to Mark Amey and Matthew Randall, Most dedicated went to Stuart Taylor with the Most improved award being presented to Sam Johnson.
The Best trainer award went to Matthew Randall with the Best newcomer being awarded to Harry Goodrum, Frazer Ryder took out the Encouragement award while Karl Makin was presented with the Best clubman trophy.
Best supporter was presented to Tracie and Glenn Ivins while Jake Taylor was awarded the Bill Eastaway Medal. The Golden boot went to Isaac Watt. Congratulations to all of the award recipients.
Following the official presentations players and their families as well as club sponsors and officials enjoyed a night of music and fun at the Bembrick Field club house.
