Today will provide a great opportunity for residents to talk with Steph and ask any questions they may have regarding Steph’s campaign for the community of Grenfell.
A meeting was held on Monday night at the Albion Hotel in Grenfell where Peter Toole, President of the Grenfell Branch of the National Party and Maurice Simpson, Chair of the Cootamundra Electoral Council, National Party along with members of the community discussed important projects within the Weddin Shire that the National Party will aim to accomplish if elected.
Ms Cooke said, “I’m excited to be given the opportunity to represent the towns that I grew up in, and the people that I love,
“The issues that people are raising with me are healthcare, education and aged care to name a few; I am a local, I have businesses in the electorate, so I feel I have a good handle on what people want from the Government.”
The state seat by-election will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2017.
