PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Dear Members and volunteers,
Thank you for giving me the confidence to take on the role of President of the Gunyah Craft Shop for the year 2015/16.
The year has been full of promise, with takings up on previous years. We continue to have more cooking, produce, crafts and unusual items brought in for sale by our members for our locals and visitors to buy. Our supply of the ‘Grenfell tea towels’ has been restocked with some different designs.
Our volunteers continue to have the Gunyah open 7 days per week, I am very grateful for those volunteers who can step in when others have appointments or are ill, without these people, filling the roster would be almost impossible. A big thank you to the committee especially Diane and Margaret who have steered me in the right direction, and also to those members who attend meetings. Thank you for your friendship, thoughtfulness and encouragement.
