Peter Spedding, like many other local wool growers, has nominated CEF of Grenfell as the local group to receive the 7 cents per kilogram sold through Moses and Sons.
There are a lot of kilograms in that cheque of over $350.
A big thanks to Moses and Sons, and to all the supporters who have nominated us as the recipients.
The program is ongoing, and funds are already accumulating for the next big cheque this time next year.
And what makes this cheque even more valuable, is that it has been received during the matched funding period.
All donations receipted during September through to October will be matched dollar for dollar.
