Tractor engines have roared at the Grenfell Showground on Saturday, 18 October for the first ever Modified Tractor Pull hosted in Grenfell.

The Grenfell Modified Tractor Pull event served as the first round in the Downunder Modified Tractor Pulling Association's 2025/26 season.

The Downunder Modified Tractor Pulling Association's Brendan Cornfoot said the day was very successful, with a fantastic crowd and venue with an estimated 1200 people at the event throughout the day..

"We were overwhelmed with the presentation. A very successful day," he said.

There were 24 tractors in total competing in the event coming from far and wide.

Mr Cornfoot said they would like to thank Grenfell for having the modified tractor pull there and welcoming them.

He said the Downunder Modified Tractor Pulling Association look forward to coming back to Grenfell again next year.

Results from this round to come.
