This Sunday, September 10, is a momentous occasion for the Grenfell Girlannas as they travel to Condobolin to take on the Eugowra Eagles in the 2017 Woodbridge Cup League Tag grand final.
The Girlannas have had an outstanding season, to be back to back minor premiers is a huge achievement after an undefeated season of League Tag. They Girlannas were also last year’s premiership winners.
The 2017 team consists of very talented players who all work well together on and off the filed.
The team that will contest Eugowra in the grand final on Sunday will be as follows:
and Jade Hunter with Rachael Perrott (injured).
The side managed to keep their excellent form all season and are very deserving to be where they are, about to compete in the biggest game of the season, the grand final.
The Girlannas have trained hard and will run onto the field with confidence as well the hope of bringing the Premiership Cup home once again.
