Carly Brown was given a surprise presentation last Monday in appreciation of her fine achievements as the voluntary Coordinator of the Grenfell Art Gallery over the past 6 months. She will be stepping down shortly, after a significant achievement including: arranging the current and forthcoming 2015 Gallery exhibitions, hosting several ‘meet the artist’ events, exhibition openings, Volunteer information kit, a minor gallery ‘freshen up’ and most recently the enthusiastically received skills workshop for the Volunteers held on Monday 2nd March at the Hub, which will be complimented by the group excursion to Bathurst Regional Gallery on March 16.
