Some time ago, Eve Balcomb, member of the Grenfell Leisure Group, came up with a very thoughtful idea. Her suggestion was that the Patchwork group (one of the many activities at Leisure Group), could make and then donate a patchwork lap quilt for every resident of the Grenfell Multi Purpose Service (MPS). The idea was adopted.

Last Thursday, November 13, the ladies delivered the finished products to the MPS for the residents to enjoy.
