Last week six ladies went to WDLGA Event at West Wyalong. All had a great time over the three days with fellowship with players from all over the state.
Jan Myers and Shirley Mawhinney were runners up in the Foursomes on Thursday.
Eight ladies played in the Keno Event on Sunday, 18 May. The winners of the day were Virginia Drogemuller and Val Forsyth with 663/4.
Runners up were Megan Starr and Elyse Troth with 693/4.
Coming Events
Three ladies are going to West Wyalong on Thursday to play in the Vets Tournament.
On Saturday, 24 May is a stableford, on Sunday, 25 May a stroke is set down for play.
On Saturday, 31 May the Brian Brown Memorial Golf Day is being held.
A nine sealed holes competition is to be played on Sunday 1st June, for a trophy donated by Phillipa Baker.
Grenfell Ladies are playing their return match for pennants against Wellington at Grenfell on Wednesday, 4 June.
The WDLGA Sand greens teams event is being held in Cumnock, three players are in a team with the best 2 stableford
scores to decide the winners, Grenfell players are hoping to participate.
