Grenfell PAH&I Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday November 15 at 7.30pm with the committee encouraging locals to get involved.

The meeting will be held in the Simpson Pavilion Supper Room with everyone invited to attend and have their say on the future of the committee and the Grenfell Show.
During the AGM the committee will:
- confirm the minutes of the last AGM;
- confirm the minutes of the Special General Meeting held on 15 February 2021
- elect or appoint office bearers and ordinary committee members as per our constitution; and
- receive and consider the association's financial statements or reports required to be submitted to members under the Act.
Immediately following the conclusion of this meeting, the committee will host a general meeting.
"In light of the impact of COVID-19, a nominal membership of $5 for current committee members is payable prior to the AGM and valid until 30 June 2022," Grenfell PAH&I secretary Bronwyn Liebich said. "All are welcome to attend and new members encouraged. Voting is restricted to financial members."

"The Grenfell P.A.H & I Association is part of a network of 195 agricultural shows held across NSW," Bronwyn said.
"We aim to promote and recognise excellence in the agricultural sector, engage and educate the community regarding various issues impacting the local area as well as to promote youth involvement in local shows through various competitions.
"Each year the Show brings together the community to showcase local produce, livestock, art and skill through a range of competitions, exhibits and demonstrations."
The Grenfell committee members and volunteers come from a range of diverse backgrounds and share a drive too promote the achievements of our community and industries.
"Our annual event is a celebration of past traditions, present achievements and the future of the community," Bronwyn said. "As we look to future proof the continuation of the Grenfell Show we encourage new members, young and old, to bring fresh ideas and events to our committee."
