Acting Weddin Council Director Engineering Linda Woods reported to this week's council meeting that despite a lack of contractor availability slowing works the project is expected to be completed in December.
Inclement weather, contractor availability and COVID lockdowns, Ms Woods, said had all contributed to a revised handover date for the project.
"The new timeline has been amended with the completion date now being forecast for December," Ms Woods reported.
"This allows minimal further contingency for inclement weather.
"Council is regularly updating the project webpage to give frequent updates to the community and enable any member of the public to ascertain the latest project information," Ms Woods said.

Ms Woods told Council all final work packages for the project have been awarded with no more tenders for the works outstanding.
