The Australian Defence Force in conjunction with NSW Health and Western NSW Health held a pop-up vaccination clinic at the Grenfell Showground on Tuesday.
The pop-up clinic allowed locals to line up without an appointment to receive their vaccination with Community Transport and others even organising for locals without anyway of getting there to get vaccinated.
"Sending a huge shout out to every single person from Grenfell and beyond who stepped forward for vaccination today," Ms Cooke said.

"The turnout was incredible."
According to Ms Cooke residents turned out and waited for their turn.
"People arrived early, and patiently waited for hours for their turn," Ms Cooke said.
"Weddin Mayor, Mark Liebich and I were blown away by the scale and seamless nature of the process and cheery nature of people everywhere."
Ms Cooke also thanked the health district as well as local healthcare workers who helped out through the day.
"Our deepest gratitude go to the teams of nurses from the Western NSW Local Health District - those based in Grenfell and Cowra and beyond, for their efforts today," she said.
"And of course our partners - members of the Australian Defence force for making today such a success."
Ms Cooke has also thanked all of the local organisations and groups who allowed the day to be the success it was.
"Finally to Weddin Shire Council, the SES who volunteered all day in the ground of Grenfell Showground, and Community Transport for helping get everyone to-and-from the venue safely, a huge thank you," Ms Cooke said.
The pop-up vaccination clinic will return to Grenfell in three to four weeks time to allow for locals to receive their second vaccination.
Locals are also able to book in with their local GP, the Grenfell Pharmacy or the Young Vaccination Hub either through www.HotDoc.com.au or by calling 63821599 to receive their second jab if for some reason they miss the next pop-up clinic.
