Top pair for the night were Stuart McKellar and Rod Fruedenstien with a score of 20 games.
Their sets were 5-3, 5-3, 5-3, 5-3.
Stuart and Rod were followed closely by Ringo Walker and John Richins with 19 games being 4-4, 6-2, 3-5, 6-2.
Next came Graham Edwards and Arnold Brown with 16 games which were 6-2, 2-6, 5-3, 3-5.
Rick Power and Pat Hazell were close behind on 15 games their sets being 4-4, 3-5, 5-3, 3-5.
Then there was Graham Watt and John Walsmley with 10 games.
Another night of very competitive tennis.
Round ten will be played next Tuesday weather permitting,we will be starting at 7pm because of daylight saving ending.
Social tennis continues on Thursday mornings starting around 8am.

MIXED TENNIS: Round four of the night mixed tennis was played on Wednesday evening March 24 even though rain was all around.
Four teams took part with Coppsies Floppies on 39 games defeating Bits and Pieces on 25 games.
Their sets were men's doubles: 5-3, 6-2 and ladies: 5-3, 4-4. First mixed was 4-4, 5-3. Second mixed was 6-2, 4-4 and Bogalong and Beyond on 37 games defeating The Lone Rangers 27 games,men's doubles were: 4-4, 6-2. Ladies: 4-4, 4-4. First mixed was: 5-3, 3-5. Second mixed was: 6-2, 5-3.
Some very close and competitive tennis under the conditions.
Round 5 of the mixed tennis competition will be played on Wednesday evening weather permitting.
