The Grenfell District Branch of NSW Farmers Association will have Productive Livestock Systems consultant, Laura Broughton (nee Kemmis) from Cootamundra as their guest speaker at the branch's AGM on Thursday, April 8.
The meeting will be held at the Grenfell Bowling Club at 6pm.

Laura will be speaking on Sheep Genomics.
Laura has established Productive Livestock Systems, an independent livestock consulting business based in Cootamundra, in 2018 to provide independent advice to sheep and cattle producers.
The Cootamundra local has worked in a variety of hands-on and technical roles and has travelled within Australia and internationally to gain experience in a variety of livestock industries throughout the supply chain and is eager to pass on her knowledge to farmers in the Grenfell and Weddin areas.
Productive Livestock Systems primarily consults to clients operating mixed farming businesses running a variety of livestock enterprises as well as facilitating industry extension workshops and managing research projects.
Laura's qualifications include a Bachelor of Animal Science (Honours, First Class) from Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Consulting from the University of New England, Armidale.
