Pairs finish closely

Round ten of the Grenfell Tennis Club's men's tennis competition was played on the evening of Tuesday September 15 and once again games were played under perfect conditions.

Results were very close between the top four pairs however there could only be one winner on the night.

Top pair for the week were Stuart McKellar and Mark Leibich with a score of 25 games.

Following on behind the leaders were two pairs on 23 games, they were Andrew Bucknell and Andrew Brown - Andrew was filling in for Rick Power - and Charlie Mitton - filling in for Grant Fisher - and Danny Edwards - filling in for Pat Hazell.

They were followed very closely by Graham Watt and Chris Payne with 22 games.

Further back was Grahame Edwards and Arnold Brown with 15 games.

David Mitton who was filling in for Trent McCann and John Walsmley finished the night on 12 games.
