About 12:30am on Saturday August 1, 2020, police from Grenfell were patrolling the township following reports of a brawl at a licensed premises.
Police said a red Mitsubishi ute was stopped, and the driver breath tested.
The driver, a 43-year-old man from Grenfell, returned a positive reading according to police.
The man was arrested and taken to Grenfell Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis.
Police said he allegedly returned a reading of 0.162g of alcohol in 210L of breath.
He was charged with the offence of "drive with high range PCA - second and subsequent offence" and will appear at Young Local Court on September 22, 2020.
