Grenfell Panthers to face off against Boorowa in season opener

The Grenfell Panthers will open their 2020 Oilsplus South West competition campaign against the Boorowa Goldies at home on April 18.

The side will then hit the road in Round 2 to face Condobolin before making the trip to Harden to take on the Red Devils in Round 3.

A return home in Round 4 will see the Panthers face Temora before travelling to Young to play the Yabbies in Round 5.

Next up is the West Wyalong Weevils in Round 6 at home and then arguably the toughest game of the season for the Panthers - taking on the defending premiers Cootamundra at Cootamundra.

Then it is a trip down to the road to Boorowa for a Round 8 clash with the Goldies before two home games in rounds 9 and 10, taking on Condobolin and Harden respectively.

Round 11 sees a trip to Temora before a home game against the Yabbies in Round 12.

Then it is on to West Wyalong before taking on Cootamundra at home to round off the regular season.

The major and minor semi finals will take place on August 8 before the preliminary final on August 15, with the location to be determined.

The grand final will be played on August 22.

There will also be two byes during the season, with a general bye on Anzac Day, April 25 and the June Long Weekend bye on June 6.
