Domain has collated a list of the most expensive homes sold in the Cowra, Forbes, Parkes, Young and Cootamundra postcodes, and it includes two million dollar sales.
Young not only had the highest median house price, data from the Domain House Price Report shows, it also recorded the most expensive sale during 2019.

The architecturally designed home at 721 Belowra Road sits on 82 acres (33.44 hectares) and sold for $1.1 million in September.
The five bedroom, three bathroom home boasts stunning valley views with the breathtaking Murringo Hills as a backdrop.
The second most expensive home was a five bedroom, three bathroom, seven car space home on 10 acres at 197 Tanks Road in Parkes and it sold for $1.03m.
Coming in as the region's third most expensive house sale was a home at 93 Back Creek Road in Young that sold for $875,000 in February.
The sprawling five bedroom home sits on 0.81 hectares, has an in-ground saltwater pool, a full-size tennis court and a back-to-base alarm system.

The fourth most expensive real estate sale was also in Young, with a $850,000 sale price for a home at 11 Matilda Place.
In fifth was a home at 109A Wambat Street in Forbes which sold for $840,000.

7th - 4 Possum Lane, Forbes
This five bedroom, two bathroom home was sold for $800,000 in November.
6th - 16 South Lead Road, Forbes
This master built, prestige four bedroom home sold for $825,000 in May.

3rd - 93 Back Creek Road, Young
This five bedroom home, with a in-ground saltwater swimming pool and tennis court, sold for $875,000 in February.
2nd - 197 Tanks Road, Parkes
This private and picturesque five bedroom home is set on 10 acres. It has horse stables, a tennis court and alfresco entertainment area overlooking established lawns and gardens.
It sold for $1,030,000 in April.
1st - 721 Belowra Road, Young
