A draft fixture has been sent out to the 10 clubs slated to line up in the 2020 edition of the Woodbridge Cup, and while that draw hasn't been locked in due to the need to confirm ground availability and referee numbers while some clubs pushing for more Saturday games.
Canowindra co-coaches Dean Murray and Luke Branighan will kick off the Woodbridge Cup campaign as the Tigers host Condobolin at Tom Clyburn Oval to open the season on Saturday April 4.
Murray will be assisted in the role by first grade manager, Albert Murray, a former Canowindra Tiger.
The Tigers commenced training for the 2020 season last week.
The Tigers Youth League Coach for 2020 will be Callum Clyburn with Sam O'Samuel O'Malveney as manager.
Four games will run on the Sunday of the first week of the 2020 season, with the Blue Heelers hosting Manildra at Cargo Oval to kick off proceedings.
Burrengong will play its first game in since 2018 when the club hosts Molong on April 5, with the former Group 9 club back in the fold.
The Bears pulled out of season 2019 only a few weeks before it began, but the Woodbridge Cup committee will give them every chance to bring a side together in 2020.
The Eugowra Golden Eagles have the unenviable task of tackling reining premiers Trundle at Berryman Oval to open its account in the season, while Peak Hill hosts Grenfell in the fifth game of the round.
Burrangong's return will mean no clubs will have byes in the Woodbridge Cup's top grade in 2020.
The rest of the cup's fixture is expected to be confirmed at a meeting between clubs on March 1.
The league has also confirmed dates for several preseason competitions, with the Western Women's Challenge to be held at Canowindra on March 15.
The Woodbridge Cup will host a masters tournament in Eugowra on March 21 as the home of the Golden Eagles becomes the home of the golden oldies.
March 28 will have an under 18s women's touch tournament followed by the annual Woodbridge Cup 10s competition, with the venue for those games to be determined based on the number of teams from across the Woodbridge Cup and Group 10 and 11 which sign on.
