A reshuffle in the batting order due to the unavailability of players wasn't enough to stop Valleys recording an easy win over Grenfell Blue in the B grade match played at Lawson Oval on Saturday.

Bowler Issac Steel and middle order batsman Bevan Foxall were asked to walk out first for Valleys after Grenfell set them a target of 132 for victory.
After Foxall went for eight Steel anchored the run chase after earlier starring with ball in hand, finishing with the figures of 2-12.
When Foxall was dismissed Valleys had already put on 31 and the match was well and truly in Valleys keeping when Kane Schofield (47) was finally out with the score at 108.
Steel was eventually out for 59.
Earlier in the day Grenfell Blue had put on 131 with C Mitton putting some respectability into the innings with a hard fought 43.
Valleys ripped into the Grenfell top order dismissing both openers cheaply.
Steel was the destroyer early taking the wickets of both Howen bowled for two and Logan caught for one.
Al Lovett kept chipping away at the middle order, eventually finishing with three wickets with just 10 runs coming from his seven overs.
Kane Schofield (2) and Ky Johnson (1) were the other wicket takers for Valleys.
Saturday's win helps Valleys cement their position at the top of the B grade ladder.
