Grenfell Women's Bowling Club ladies back on a roll for 2020

The Grenfell Women's Bowling Club are back for the year with plenty coming up.

Welcome ladies to a new year and we hope 2020 will be a much better year for all.

Our thoughts go out to all who have been affected by fire and drought, may this be a year of regeneration for all.

Our pennant season is arriving fast.

We have our first game on Saturday February 8 which is a home game.

So far we have had practice with Thursday night Super Singles which is good practice for all.

Also from Saturday January 25, we will be having practice at 10am.

Everyone is asked to please attend as we need to play in our positions.

Everyone will be asked to play and no-one will miss out if you have put your name down as available.

Our first Super Singles games were played on Thursday night.

Numbers were down due to the Christmas/New Year break but those present had an enjoyable time.

The winner on the night was Sue Gault and the two draws from the cards were Margo and Colin Parker from Young.

It is very encouraging to have these visitors support our club.

Good luck to those men who are playing the Coca-Cola Tiples on Saturday.

Thank you to our members who come to practice and we hope everyone will be able to attend our future practices.
