Residents are encouraged to decorate their houses, yard, trees and fences in the most elaborate and imaginative ways possible.
For Grenfell the three best individual houses are in the draw to win cash prizes for first, second and third.
Once again, this year's competition will be judged by an impartial person from out of town to remove any perception of bias.
To ensure the judge visits your home, you will need to nominate your address by Monday December 9 to tourism officer Auburn Carr via email edo@grenfell.org.au or by calling 6343 2855.
The winners will be announced at the Combined Service Clubs Christmas Carnival in Vaughn Park, Grenfell on Friday December 20.
The villages don't miss out either with various competitions in each village to be held in the lead up to Christmas:
Caragabal has a Christmas Lights and Mailbox Competition.
Anyone wishing to enter should ring Donna Pursehouse on 6347 5230.
The winner will be announced at the Caragabal Street Party on Friday December 20.
Final judging will take place on Thursday December 19.
Quandialla / Bimbi will once again be running a Christmas themed display competition.
The winner will be announced at the Quandialla Bowling Club Community Christmas Party, on December 15.
Contact Sue and John Priestly for details on 6347 1305.
