This Sunday the Woodbridge girls travel to Waratah Park Orange to take on the Vipers in under 13s (10am), Under 15s (11am), Under 18s (12pm), and the Opens round off proceedings at 1pm.
The Semi-Finals will take place on the weekend of the November 16 and 17 with teams 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 in each age group clashing for the right to play off in the Grand Final on Saturday November 23.
The venues for the Semis and Grand Final are yet to be announced.
The last two rounds saw Woodbridge take on the Goannas (Group 11) at Condobolin on Sunday October 27 and last Sunday at Canowindra they hosted Castlereagh.
The under 13s lost both their matches in nail biting finishes 26-28 (Goannas) and 30-34 (Castlereagh).
They appeared to have both these games won, however their opposition came from behind against a Woodbridge outfit that just didn't get the bounce of the ball late in either match when they needed it.
The under 15s in their last two matches have had comfortable wins over the Goannas 40-0 and Castlereagh 66-0 with both games finishing 12 minutes early due an injury in the Goannas game and the score blowout in the Castlereagh game.
The 18s went down to the undefeated Goannas 32-12 and then had a big win over an undermanned Castlereagh outfit 68-16.
In the Opens clash, the Woodbridge girls pushed the undefeated Goannas all the way in going down 16-12 and then a week later they accounted for Castlereagh 42-4.
With the Semi-Finals starting after this round the Opens and Under 18s are in a very similar position.
Assuming there are no major upsets on the weekend the Goannas should finish top of the table in these grades with Woodbridge and the Vipers filling spots two and three.
Woodbridge and the Vipers play each other this weekend and the winners of these games will finish second on the table and the losers third.
Regardless of this weekend's results the Vipers and Woodbridge will line up against each other the following weekend in the Semi-Finals.
The Under 15s remain undefeated and should have too many guns for the Vipers this Sunday and finish on top of the table.
This will result in these teams meeting again the following weekend in the 1 vs 4 Semi-Final.
The unlucky team for Woodbridge is the Under 13s who have had a win, a draw and two narrow losses and who come up against the form team of their competition this Sunday in the Vipers.
For the 13s to make the Semis they need to upset the Vipers or hope that the Platypi can surprise the visiting Goannas.

Grenfell Racecourse funding
Member for Cootamundra Steph Cooke visited Grenfell Racecourse on Wednesday to announce $48,077 funding for a number of upgrades.
The funding was secured through the NSW Government Crown Reserves Infrastructure Fund and will be used to construct a gable shed, upgrade the kitchen facilities and install a water pump.
Ms Cooke said the upgrades will provide a significant boost to Grenfell and will benefit a number of community groups.
"It's incredibly exciting to be here today with representatives from the Grenfell Picnic Race Club, the Grenfell Racecourse Trust, the Grenfell Jockey Club as well as members of the community to announce this much-needed funding," Ms Cooke said. "The current kitchen is in a poor state, while the grounds also lack the ability to irrigate the race track. By completing these upgrades, the Racecourse will become a much more desirable venue and will be able to hold larger functions."
Grenfell Racecourse Land Manager Chairman Terry Carroll said the kitchen upgrade is particularly welcomed as it will help improve the venues catering facilities.
"By upgrading the kitchen, it can be better used to cater for racecourse user groups as well as social events and functions meaning it can benefit the whole community," Mr Carroll said.
"In addition to this, the shed will also provide protection for valuable equipment and the new pump will enable the track to be irrigated."
