Between Tuesday October 15 and Tuesday October 22 2019 a tractor was left parked in a paddock in the Greenethorpe area.
The tractor was left behind several haybales.
When the owner returned to the tractor he found that fuel and a tool box had been stolen from it.
Police have spoken to the owner and ask any landholders and farmers to look out for unknown vehicles or persons in their area and to record details of the same and pass them to police.
Police remind the public to ensure that their tractors and farm equipment are always locked and for fuel tanks to be secured as possible.
Please report these offences as they assist police with identifying which areas to patrol and focus on.
Anyone with any information is asked to please contact Young Police Station on 02 6382 8199 or to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Alternatively go to the Crime Stoppers website, click on report information and follow the instructions.
