Meanwhile equal competition leaders Grenfell and Cargo will go head to head in the League Tag match with the winner going a long way to securing the Minor Premiership.
Cargo were stronger than earlier in the season as their speedster Heidi Regan has recently returned from a long-term injury.
In the First Grade match Cargo will look to keep their semi-final hopes flickering whereas the Goannas need to make the most of their home ground advantage as they have a couple of very tough away games coming up.
A win for the Goannas first grade side will consolidate their spot in the top five but a loss could see them struggle to make the final five making this weekend's face off with Cargo a crucial match for both teams.
Last weekend First Grade and League Tag had a bye however the Youth League boys had a rough day in the office.
Last Sunday Grenfell travelled to Manildra to take on the Rhinos.
The young Goannas started well with an early try to Dylan King but they were unable to convert some other good try scoring opportunities due to poor options and handling errors.
Manildra took their chances and led 12-4 at half time although for the majority of the first half the Goannas were the better side.
The second half was a different story however with the Goannas having plenty of ball but they were not able to penetrate the brick wall like defence of the Rhinos.
The defence of the young Goannas also lacked energy and intensity in this half and Manildra ran out deserved 26-4 winners.
Best and Fairest points went to Luke McDean (3), Jai Purdie (2), and Saxon Southwell (1) with Dylan King picking up the Players Player.
These boys have had a tough draw this season having had to play away from home on four occasions without their League Tag and First Grade teams for support.
They should relish a home game this Sunday and the support that goes with it.
The Goannas will be playing at Henry Lawson Park this Sunday.
