According to police at about 8am on Thursday July 11, 2019 a 16-year-old female attended a retail store in Grenfell in the company of another juvenile.
It is alleged the 16-year-old stole an item from the store.
About 9:20am on the same date the 16-year-old female attended another retail store in Grenfell with two other juveniles, one who was with her earlier.
It is alleged she stole an item of property from this store.
Police were contacted and identified the juvenile.
Later the same day police attended a home in Grenfell and spoke to the 16-year-old. She was later dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
The 16-year-old and the juveniles in company with her have been issued with banning notices from two retail premises in Grenfell.
