Things have certainly quietened down over the past couple of weeks, but we have a big week coming up.
Our ladies are off to Condobolin to compete in no uniform and no equipment required.
Otherwise, just pop down for a friendly game.
Also, a reminder that we also have our monthly meeting this Saturday at 1.30pm.
We will be discussing new start times due to the colder weather, plus any general business that you would like to discuss.
This will of course, be followed by our usual Saturday game.
Our club has a good reputation for supporting other bowling clubs in the area and our new uniforms are often a topic of discussion.
This of course make us feel proud, but it's even better when we manage to bring home an award, a trophy or some prize money.
This week was no exception with Sandy Paine, Kathy Betcher, Warren Paine and Martin Betcher travelling to Temora on the weekend to compete in the 2019 Ladies and Men's Pairs Tournament.
Although the men did us proud it was the ladies who bought home a small section of the prize money. Congratulations girls!
As usual we have Tuesday afternoon circuit training every week at 1.30pm Thursday roll up/ social at 10am and Saturday is our Ladies bowls day at 2.30pm.
Nominations for the Triples and Fours Club Championships have now closed, the draw is posted on the board.
Our club is flourishing at the moment and can only be enhanced by new bowlers, so if you've ever thought of trying a new, low impact sport/ activity, now is a great time.
We have free coaching available for anyone who is interested.
Please contact the club on 63431656 to make an appointment with either Kathy or Martin Betcher.
There is no age limit, no uniform and no equipment required. Otherwise, just pop down for a friendly game.
