President Kathy Williams has advised that Tracy Callinan, Executive Director of Arts Out West has agreed to visit the Rose Street Studio to talk to members about the topic of Incorporation. This opportunity has been facilitated by Councillor Carly Brown who has been particularly supportive of Grenfell Arts in her capacity as the Weddin Shire Council representative for Arts Out West..

Tracey will be in Grenfell on Monday at 11am, on March 25. She will give her talk and then conduct a general discussion about the pros and cons of Incorporation giving members the opportunity to have their say and ask questions.

This meeting is NOT to incorporate the Art group, it is to provide pertinent information that can be used by members to make a decision about their future.

President Kathy extends a welcome to any other people in the community who may be interested in hearing this talk.
