A 57 from Grenfell's opening batsman Steven Walker and a 23 in the middle order from Luke Murphy set the tone for the visitors, who left Bowling Club chasing 118.
The visitors' bowling line up brought the same intensity as the batters, causing Bowling Club to lose three quick wickets before a partnership between Josh Chamberlain (25) and Scott Gray (15) steadied the ship for the home side.
Unfortunately it wasn't enough for Bowling Club, with Mathew Tozer (2/10) and Luke Murphy (2/10) disposing of Cowra's lower order all out for 80.
Cowra Bowling Club Captain Alana Ryan said Grenfell got off to a flying start but Bowling Club managed to fight back.
"They had their opening batter scored a quick fifty... straight away changed the momentum," she said.
"Then Scotty Gray got him out and then, just from that, it changed the game." she added
Despite the loss, Ryan says there are plenty of positives to take away from the season. She said she looks forward to seeing younger players continue to develop their skills.
"Matt Gault… he's been opening the bowling and batting for us so having him in the side is really important to us, he brings a lot to our team," she said.
