As the froth and bubble settles on the $4 million Connected Learning Centre a closer look is needed at National party direction rather than fairy godmother impersonations.
The Council managed medical centre will cost approx $2 million.
The Weddin Shire voters have now installed a Council that has moved on from "YES MINISTER" syndrome and is an integral part of the community.
Make no mistake the National party would prefer that there not be a Weddin shire.
Have a think about the role of the Weddin shire, especially social integration, spare a thought for those communities where the National party have abolished their Council.
The total fail for the National party is Local Land Services.
Rural Lands Protection Boards had pest animal control programmes that LLS have abandoned in favour of assessments and reviews. The Nationals are in denial.
My brave little mate the Ooomanakker bird has been trying to spot who is removing the Mark Douglass for Labor election posters.
He explained to me he does have a height and agility advantage in any bombing skirmish.
Sincerely
John Niven
