“If you find a course or a group that interests you, we would love to have you enroll for the term,” the group says.
Leisure Group caters for all interests, and for both men and women.
Naturally there is plenty of sewing, needlework, knitting, crochet and quilting happening.
There is also a Papercrafts table for scrapbooking, cardmaking, journalling and colouring.
If craft is not your thing, keep in mind the Board Games and Card playing group as well as the exercise group.
If simply having a cuppa and chat are more your line, you are also welcome.
Thanks to the group’s volunteers Leisure Group is able to provide the opportunity to learn new skills, share old skills and make new friends at the same cost of $25 per term.
The cost equates to $2.50 per week for tuition and morning tea.
A free creche for pre-school age children is also available if required.
