A huge crowd of competitors made their way to the Grenfell Country Club last weekend, September 15, for the annual Dugs Bobcat and Tipper Hire sponsored event.

Over fifty players took to the course which was in great condition. There were lots of obstacles on the course for the event and a fun day of golf was had by all participants.
Overall winners were Barry and Blake Bradtke David Handcock. In second place was Allan Jones, John Grant and Brian Brown.
Coming in third was Michael Neill, Denis and Lance Smith. Nearest to pin was awarded to Daniel Fanning.
Club members wish to thank Dougy Kohnan for a great day which included some terrific prizes.
On September 8, 2018 the club hosted the Steve Mitton Memorial sponsored day with prizes and trophy donated by Allan Jones, thank you Allan a great day was had by all.
Winner on the day was Jan Myers with Farran Stevens runner-up.
