Wendy thanked everyone who helped with the float at the Henry Lawson Festival, and also her lovely granddaughter, Paxton, who bravely wore the Red Cross Trauma Teddy suit all the way along the street in the parade - a great effort.
Thanks were also given to all for helping at the annual meeting at the Hub on July 27, where Garth England was the Guest Speaker and gave us all a wonderful insight into Angel Flight with a video as well.
Many thanks to Garth, who is happily involved in flying patients to hospital or appointments in his own plane.
Members of Red Cross attended the very nice service of remembrance for Veterans of Long Tan Day on August 18 and were able to lay a wreath there.
