At about 10.30pm on Friday August 3, a vehicle travelling east on Star Street, Grenfell, has collided with a power pole.
Police attended the scene and located the driver of the vehicle, a 32 year old Grenfell male. The male was breath tested and returned a positive reading.
He was then conveyed to Grenfell Police Station where he returned a High Range PCA reading.
The license of the offending driver was suspended and he was issued a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Young Local Court.

DOGS STOLEN
Police are investigating the theft of two dogs from the Weddin Shire Dog Pound
The animals were stolen during the evening of Thursday August 2.
If anyone has any information about this incident they are urged to contact Grenfell Police on 02 6343 1222 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
All information received will be treated with confidentiality.

FIREARMS
AMNESTY REMINDER
Police are reminding members of the community to take advantage of the NSW Firearms Amnesty.
People now have less than two months to legally dispose or register illegal firearms in their possession.
Firearms can be surrendered at approved drop-off points, including licensed firearm dealers and police stations.
Police emphasised that loaded firearms should never be taken into public places.
The amnesty ends on September 30.
