Grenfell Fireman will be heading down to Lawson Oval with their Fire Engine during the Junior Rugby League home game from 10am, all members of the community are welcome to attend.
Activities on the day will include safety demonstrations as well as the chance to inspect firefighting equipment and trucks.
Firefighters will also be on hand to talk about fire safety in the home, including how to install and maintain smoke alarms.
FRNSW overriding purpose is to enhance community safety, quality of life, and confidence by minimising the impact of hazards and emergency incidents on the people, property, environment and economy of NSW.
So be sure to call down to Lawson Oval and take part in the Fire and Rescue NSW Grenfell Open Day.
