The gathering in the verdant lawns, wide verandahs and splendid gardens, provided Hannah with a rewarding outcome to her fundraising for the Henry Lawson Festival of the Arts “Queen” competition.
Hannah is representing the Grenfell Public School P&C as their 2018 Festival Queen entrant.
The warm sunny afternoon provided the perfect weather for an outdoor event, everyone lapped up the plentiful food and beverages and Hannah expressed her appreciation for the wonderful support she was given by family and friends.
Hannah is planning more fundraising events and suggests we “stay tuned” for further announcements.
A blue-eyed blond young lady (Pippy) eagerly responded to her hostess’ request to draw the great lucky door prizes. Doting grandma Donna coeed with maternal pride and it was a joy to behold.
In all, a splendid occasion.
