It started with the Main Street ‘Faces’ that were published in The Grenfell Record in 2016.
Now they are finalising contributions and checking them twice .... to make sure they include as many as possible of the wonderful people that made the Main Street and Grenfell such a great place to grow up, particularly in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
Please make sure someone you admired or found interesting in Main Street during this period, or the business you feel should be captured in history, is not left out.
While Margery and Alison can help you write your piece, they really appreciate facts, dates and stories being contributed.
