The veteran estate agent began his Ray White career in the fledgling business in New South Wales in 1988.
"He was relentless," recalled Ray White co-chairman, Brian White today.
It was in recent years he moved to Bowral where he suffered a stroke on the weekend.
Tony is survived by his long-term partner Sam Hudson and his step-daughter Emily, plus his daughter Kylie Fountain and husband Kevin Hall, son Jason Fountain and wife Paula and son Kurt Fountain and his wife Josie and grand-daughters Charlotte and Sybella.
He was an active community member, serving as President of the Bowral Blacks Rugby Club until 2010.
He also donated his time to running charity auctions and other fundraisers and more recently was a keynote speaker on motivational topics across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and the USA.
