Social Bowls
It was pleasing to see that social bowls remained popular over the Christmas break, with a total of more than 100 bowlers out on the greens enjoying a game. Needless to say, there were no starters on Sunday when the temperature climbed into the 40s.
Among recent prize winners were: Chooks – Steve Galvin, Blake Bradtke (2), Rob Coleman (3), Mark McSpadden, Barry Butler, Gary Pipe and David Ballard; Market Night Vouchers – Andrew Armstrong, Barry Bradtke (2), John King, Nevin Hughes, Clive Anderson, Keith Brus (2), Denis Hughes and Mark McSpadden; Free games – Barry Jones (2), Denis Hughes, John Joyce, Dave Hancock, Andrew Armstrong, Mark McSpadden, Lindsay Ballard (2) and Kerry Aston.
Meanwhile, a list is on the board if you would like a new name badge.
