Congratulations to local Rugby Union player Frazer Ryder who has been selected to play in the ACT Brumbies 7s under 17s team.

This year Frazer has played for Young Yabbies U18s team in the Canberra competition as well as playing for Grenfell Panthers 1st grade team.
Frazer will now head to Queensland to play in the U17s National Sevens Championships.
In early September Frazer was informed that he had been selected into the thirty player Brumbies squad.
He has been training on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s in Canberra and is looking forward to the season start.
Frazer has played in two tournaments including the Southern Highland 7s at Bowral and the Central Coast 7s at Wyong with great success.
He has also taken part in internal trials in Canberra as well as trial matches against Melbourne Rebels in Wagga Wagga and NSW at Bowral.
Over the past two and a half months the squad has been cut from thirty to eighteen to fifteen and then to the final twelve.
Frazer will now play in the under 17s National Sevens Championships at Ballymore Stadium in Brisbane Queensland on Saturday and Sunday December 9 and 10.
