This week marks the sixth week of the Grenfell Bring Healthy Back challenge and focuses primarily on mental health. Physical and mental health go hand in hand and we all need to care for both of these aspects of our health. Think about ways that you can look after your mental well being like going for a walk and making the most of the great outdoors, take some time out from technology and sleep more, reduce your stress, talk to a friend, join a group, drink more water or exercise. There are some great benefits on offer to help our community during week 6 of the BHB challenge!
