Some terrific workshops have been held around the shire over the past few weeks with a great attendance of participants. Keep an eye out for more workshops coming up over the next couple of weeks.

BIKE RIDING FOR BEGINNERS: A large group of participants took part in the Bike Riding workshop last Sunday as part of the Bringing Healthy Back to Grenfell campaign.
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE: Participants in the Run for your Life workshop held last Sunday as part of the Bringing Healthy Back to Grenfell campaign.
The Bike Riding for Beginners workshop was well attended last weekend at THLHS.
The Run for Your Life workshop offered information on the benefits of regular excercise such as running and walking.
