What a great day we had on Sunday for our second game of Viva under 16s. Congratulations to all the girls who participated, unfortunately we were defeated and only came away with one try but we had both team and personal wins with the team spirit and never give up attitude that each player displayed. Above all we had fun! Amelia Squires was our star try scorer.

Neve Mitton's tenacity shone through as she stuck by her team mates and showed support the entire game. Steph Davies sure has a fine boot and displayed outstanding kick and chase manoeuvres.Maya Squires shows such great agility and speed not to mention her eye hand coordination and catching skills. On debut was Sienna Capra, our youngest member, who kept up her incredible defence skills and momentum. Giselle Capra, also on debut, had her eye on the try line and consistently ran straight gaining metres. Overall the girls improved immensely in the second game and were up against two strong, formidable teams who have years of experience playing together. Report by Giselle and Sienna Capra
